Everything you need to know before joining a group.

How it works

A group, its activities, and a neighbour taking the same road.

Everything runs through a group

A real circle from your neighbourhood — and the list of its activities.

The Madeleine neighbourhood, the music school, the football club: you enter a group on a member's invitation, or you create your own and invite the families you know. Every group keeps the list of its shared activities — the orchestra, music theory — where you sign a member of your family up in two taps, without retyping anything.

  • A group is invisible until you have been invited to it.
  • An activity the group has already listed is reused without retyping it.
  • Leaving a group immediately erases your activities for its members.

Visible only when there is a match

Nobody browses your calendar. Voisinvoiture compares, and only reveals when things line up.

Adding an activity does not put it on any notice board. Same place, compatible times: only then does it become visible, and only to the family concerned. You talk, you meet, then you decide to share the road.

  • There is no list of activities to browse.
  • Only the family concerned sees the match — not the rest of the group.
  • No trip is ever assigned without your explicit agreement.
  1. 1

    Join a group

Sign up freely, then use a neighbour's link — or your own group, which you invite people to.

  2. 2

    Add your activities

From the group's list, or by hand. Nothing is visible to anyone yet.

  3. 3

    A match appears

You talk, you meet, then you agree together on the days and the meeting point.

What protects your family

Four safeguards, on by default.

Groups, by invitation

You only join a group on a member's invitation. Without one, it is invisible: nothing to search for, nothing to ask for.

Hidden until something matches

Without a match, an activity is visible to you alone — even to the members of your group.

Family-by-family hiding

You set a family aside with one tap. Discreet, reversible, with no notification and no explanation owed.

Confidential reporting

Does a member seem suspicious? You report them, and the Voisinvoiture team takes over.

You stay in control

Hide your activities from whoever you want, whenever you want.

Not getting on with a neighbour? You hide them: no match is calculated with them any more, and they see nothing of your activities. With no notification and no explanation owed.

What Voisinvoiture will never do

  • Make your profile or your activities publicly visible on the internet.
  • Show your address: others only see the distance, and the activity's location.
  • Let anyone into one of your groups without a member's invitation.
  • Give an account or a profile to the under-age members of your family.
  • Sell or hand over your data, or your family's, to a third party.

The questions families ask

Who can see that a member of my family plays football on Saturdays?

Nobody, as long as no neighbour in the group takes someone to the same place in a compatible time slot. As soon as a match exists, the activity becomes visible to that one family — and never if you have hidden them.

How is a match found?

The place must be the same and the times compatible, there and back. No human being browses anyone else's activities.

I have not received an invitation — can I still sign up?

Yes. You simply will not see any activity while you belong to no group: join one with a neighbour's link, or create your own.

Do the members of my family have a profile?

No. Only adults have an account. The other members of the family are referred to by a first name, or a single initial if you prefer, solely to organise the trips.

What if I change my mind?

You can hide a family, leave a group or delete your account at any time. Everything disappears immediately for the others.

A shared trip with neighbours you already know.

Create your profile in two minutes, add your activities, and see who in your neighbourhood already takes the same road.

Free · no data ever sold · you can delete everything at any time.
